Val Cale are a 4-piece psyche-blues outfit capable of reducing the listeners mind to the creamy texture of a head of stout. Mixing classic sounds of the sixties British rock and blues with tinges of Floydian psychedelia, their music will both transfix and transport you into the deep depths of sonic landscapes. With a huge bass driven sound, Val Cale will be sure not to disappoint those with an ear for either a classic or contemporary rock sound.

“The support were pretty bloody awesome too. Fledgling locals Val Cale. Theirs was a heavy blues set of super-tight stuff that channelled and then surpassed Alberta Cross and tipped its hat at Cream. Great stage presence, polished performance and some cracking tunes. I definitely need to know more about these guys and I'll be going out of my way to see them again very soon. Jimmy Horrigan- `leedsmusicscene.net

"-proved to be the best support act - Their tracks were sludgy, bass driven and sprawling, surely impressing the headliners who were watching on anonymously with the rest of the audience - truly spot-on."? - York Mix
