The Sonny Bonds Duo are a two-piece punk/blues/garage rock band from Cardiff, Wales. Mark Buttrick (singer/guitarist) formed the band with close friend Richard Warr (drums) in early 2013 playing unique homemade guitars.
The current line up, with Cristian Márcico taking over drumming duties, has been together since June 2015. Eager to get out playing live they recorded a couple of live tracks in July 2015 and played their first show in August 2015 at Sin City in Swansea, quickly followed up with a show in Undertone, Cardiff.
They are now ready to take the band to next level with plans to release an EP and play live/tour as much as possible.
