Ticket Enquires
Please send all ticket enquires to support@good-show.co.uk. This includes refunds.
Can I bring my child?
Typically, this is fine, as long as they are accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Most shows at the venue are 16+ (under 16's to be accompanied by an adult 18+). If we have set the show to 18+ however, this is not advised.
Is there seating?
No we don't provide reserved seating, all tickets to the venue are purchased as standing. We do have 10 chairs at the back of the venue, these are on a first come first serve basis and can not be reserved.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, we are absolutely fine with you showing this from your smartphone. Save that paper!
Are tickets still available?
Unless the website says the show is sold out, tickets will still be available, but please note - we take tickets off sale at 6pm on the day of the show in order to be ready to open. In those instances, if the show has not been displayed as sold out, tickets will be available on the door, but cost a little more.
Can I sell my ticket to a friend?
Yes, this will be fine, but email us on bookinghalldover@outlook.com to let us know so we can make a change on our records. Please do not exchange any money with somebody you do not know without contacting us prior where we can verify their ticket for you.
My tickets haven't been emailed?
Before you reach out, please check your junk email, it may have landed in there. If you still cannot locate them, email us on bookinghalldover@outlook.com and we will solve it for you. There's every chance you may have spelt your email address wrong.
What are the stage times?
We do not release stage times, we encourage you to arrive from the moment the doors open and enjoy our venue until we close at 11pm. Why don't we release stage times? 9 times out of 10 these change week by week, day by day. Working with creative people is never boring and is great, but they are not the best at sticking to times and schedules. So we (the venue) more often than not do not know the times till the artist arrivals at the venue, even then they can change their minds if they feel so. I know frustrating right! But that's Rock and Roll for you... It would be unwise to expect the headline act you are seeing to perform from doors till curfew, that's just not how a live show works. We need to allow time for people to be allowed entry into the venue, get there drinks and find a good spot to watch the act. Also there can be support acts. Again sometime we know in advance, sometimes the headline acts surprises us 30 minutes before doors with a support band. All of the above reasons is why we don't release stage times, and we encourage you to arrive from doors till end of the event.
Do you have a bar?
Yes we have a bar with a range of Beer, Ale, Cider, Spirits and Soft Drinks.
Are you disabled friendly?
Yes we are, please refer to the Venue Access section on this very website. Carer tickets are free, all we require is a email (bookinghalldover@outlook.com) stating your name, show you are attending and that you require a free carer ticket. . For disabled tickets please buy a standard ticket.
