The AMA-UK 2017 flagship events will include the 4th annual AMA-UK Conference, Americanafest 2017 and the 2nd Annual AMA-UK Awards. Below are details regarding the AMA-UK flagship events being held in London in February 2017. This information may be updated in the lead up to the events. Date Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd February 2017 Location The AMA-UK Conference 2017 will take place over the 2 days at Chats Palace, 42-44 Brooksby's Walk, London E9 6DF. The Americanafest 2017 Official showcases will be held from 6pm Wednesday 1 February 2017 at Oslo, MOTH Club and Paper Dress Vintage. Full schedule to be announced soon. The AMA-UK Awards Show 2017 will take place Thursday 2 February at St John at Hackney Lower Clapton Rd, London E5 0PD. Doors at 6.45pm.

Do I have to be a member in order to attend the conference? No, we're looking forward to welcoming all supporters of the Americana/Roots genre, but it's worth noting all AMA-UK members receive 15% off tickets to these events.

How do I buy my discounted member/delegate ticket? Discount codes will be sent to members via email and are available on the AMAUK members area once you are logged in. If you have any trouble finding them, drop us an email events@theamauk.org

What comes with a delegate registration? Each delegate will receive full access to all of the AMA-UK events that take place within the AMA-UK Conference & Awards 2017 including programme guide, The AMA-UK Conference, Networking Drinks Event hosted by our sponsor Southern Comfort, one Americanafest 2017 Showcase wristband, and one ticket to the AMA-UK Awards show, not to mention an exclusive AMA-UK 2017 Delegate goody bag.

Will I receive confirmation following purchase of my delegate pass? Yes. You will receive an initial email Order Confirmation, later followed by a request to provide Delegate Registration details. After AMA-UK have received the Delegate Registration details an E-ticket will be dispatched. We ask that you print and bring with you both the initial email Order of Confirmation and the E-ticket to present at the event registration.

Where do I pick up my conference credentials? Delegate registration will be open from 9am 1st February 2017 at Chats Palace, 42-44 Brooksby's Walk, London E9 6DF

Where do I pick up my Americanafest 2017 Showcase wristband? Wristbands can ONLY be collected either during Conference registration or from Oslo on the 1st February 2017

Will my registration information be shared with other registrants? Yes. You may opt out if you wish.

Can I purchase individual conference, showcase and award show tickets? Yes. The AMA-UK Conference ticket, Americanafest 2017 Showcase wristbands and The Awards Show Balcony Tickets are all available to purchase separately.

Can I pick my seat for the award show? All seats for the Awards show are assigned at the discretion of the AMA-UK. Seating in the main floor area will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with priority going to nominees, sponsors, award show VIPs and conference delegates (Early Bird Delegate Registration will entitle you to seating in the main floor). In the balcony area all seats are unallocated.

Please note that the balcony area is accessed by stairs (there is no lift access).
