1. The promoter of this ballot is: Shelter whose registered charity number is 363710

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the ballot

3. Route to entry for the ballot and details of how to enter are via musicglue.com/shelter.

4. Closing date for entry will be 09:00, 25 November 2019. After this date the no further entries to the ballot will be permitted.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. Entrants’ details will be passed onto the ticket partner Music Glue who will select and email winners.

7. Music Glue will not contact entrants about anything other than ‘Shelter Presents – Jorja Smith – at Union Chapel’ on 09 December 2019.

8. To enter the ballot you must be over 18.

9. The age restrictions are 16+ (under 16 to be accompanied by an adult).

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. No cash alternative for tickets will be offered. Tickets are not transferable.

13. Successful applicants will be chosen at random by software operated by Music Glue from all entries received and verified by the promoter.

14. Successful applicants will be notified by email from Music Glue from 13:00 25 November 2019. Tickets are subject to availability, on a first come first served basis, limited to 2 per person.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the ballot will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. You acknowledge that any photography or film footage taken as part of your participation in the event can be used for promotional and marketing purposes for this specific event and any future Shelter events activity, including but not limited to promotion on Shelter’s website, social media, in online and print media publications and other marketing materials.
