Killit’s members have extensive experience of touring the live circuit and rocking hard, born from bands such as King Lizard and Ace Mafia (which also featured current members of Judas Priest and We Are Harlot), the band have begun to prove their worth in the capital playing sold out shows at The Monarch, 12 Bar and Cargo.
Originally hailing from Hungary, Israel, Argentina and Britain, Killit was founded at the beginning of 2015 and they quickly released their first video for single ‘Shut It Down’ which has to date racked up close to 100K views.
The first single‘See The End’ was recorded in Resident Studios. It was self produced and mixed by Phil Kinman (Tank, New Device, In Search Of The Sun) and mastered by Ade Emsley of ‘Table Of Tone Mastering (Iron Maiden, Uberkill).
Guitarist Niro Knox comments, “The idea behind the video, especially since we are introducing a new singer in the band, was to have less glamour and a more raw performance. We wanted to present the band as it is currently and really put an emphasis on the band’s energy and drive. I personally always believed that there is nothing better than simply rocking out as hard as you can! In my vast experience with performing live, it’s always been the only thing that no one can argue with or dispute — if you rock, you rock!”
Videos from the album are online now and the 12 track debut is available.
