Nata nel 1999, con sede a Milano, è una agenzia che si occupa di booking e creazione di eventi ed opera con successo da più di cinque anni in ambito musicale e artistico, organizzando tour e producendo eventi in tutti i più importanti club, palazzetti, music hall e piazze italiane. Hard Staff dal 2003 è membro del Network Europe, un'associazione di agenti europei e ha organizzato in questi anni molti tour di gruppi stranieri ed italiani, fornendo a tutte le band e all'audience, il luogo più adatto alla propria musica e la miglior accoglienza possibile.

Hard Staff si occupa anche di progettare e di produrre eventi di varia grandezza ed entità per aziende, comuni, società di comunicazione, etc…assicurando ai propri clienti di raggiungere in modo innovativo il proprio target di riferimento. In particolare siamo molto attenti alla creazione di sinergie tra sponsor ed eventi con un occhio di riguardo verso sport quali gli sport da tavola come il surf, lo skateboarding e lo snowboarding e quelli estremi.

Hard Staff è anche comunicazione. Radio, pubblicità costante sulle riviste di settore, affissioni, volantini, street marketing, ufficio stampa con segnalazioni sui maggiori quotidiani (locali e nazionali) fino alle nuove forme di comunicazione in rete: ogni mezzo utile viene sfruttato al suo meglio.
