Fireroad:
Fireroad are self-labelled and following the release of I Got Sound in 2014 are in the process of finishing album 2. Last year ended with Fireroad playing shows in the USA on the Lynyrd Skynyrd / Blackberry Smoke ‘Simple Man’ cruise festival, We played Planet Rock’s Rockstock festival and have received continued airplay on Team Rock Radio, BBC Radio Wales and USA, Australia and Europe.
The BBC Radio ‘Artist of the Week’ band have a proven live and radio track record with performances at Cambridge Rock festival, Planet Rock’s Steelhouse Festival and Hard Rock Hell which features the biggest rock artists from around the world. Their live reviews and debut album reviews prove this band are worth the support they have had over the last 3 years.
Fireroad recently played Planet Rock Radio’s Bike4Life festival on April 26th (3pm) and are currently in the process of securing dates around Britain (several Welsh dates confirmed including New Quay Rock festival).
Online source UberRock’s Jamie Richards said the band’s sound is “AC/DC with Bruce Springsteen on vocals” and has praised the quality of the song writing.The band have a lifetime of musical influences which shape their sound but bring a “fresh new sound” - Pete Maher (U2, The Killers).

Fireroad are proud to announce the June 2015 release 'Your Summer Sun', the follow up single to the double A-side Minute/Bones from their second album due in July 2015. The song was released initially 2013 as a radio test/limited release. BBC WALES played the song for 6 weeks and the song was very well recieved. Hence the re-release. We do believe the song has massive potential for radio and are hoping we can reach a much wider audience this time around (I think the Stereophonics released local boy in the photograph 3 times prior to it becoming a 'hit'). I'm hoping the track will be a great pre-album launch for us.
