Calling Curtis are a 4 piece alternative indie/rock band from Brighton. Jacob Bugden - vocals and lead guitar, Jazz Pope - Keyboards, Sam Abbo - Bass and Fin Abbo - drums. Just starting out on their round of gigs. Live versions of Warrior, Scissors and Betty lifted directly from the sound desks of their latest gigs on soundcloud. Influences include The Doors, Spiritualized, guitars by Jack White, Hip hop basslines and MOD drums. Perhaps the birth of Synth Rock.
