'Affirmation' are an Essex based tribute to the Australian 90's pop duo Savage Garden and Darren Hayes. Originally formed in 2000 and later reformed in 2015 with brand new members, the line up consists of Lee Knell on lead vocals, Daniel Hardy Wallace on Guitars, and Danielle Fairchild/Ryan Matthams on backing vocals. With a busy year ahead of them, climaxing with their very own 90 minute auditorium concert on the 1st November 2015 - the band aim to bring back the music to the fans whilst allowing the new generation to appreciate it too. "We aim to explore the music and put our own twist on some of the records whilst keeping the authenticity of the original sounds", said Knell. "We are the only commercial tribute towards Savage Garden in the world and I feel it's important to give the fans what they want. As a fan myself, I understand what I would want from a tribute like this, so it makes it slightly easier knowing what we have to deliver. The hardest part is making sure new listeners appreciate it too".
