Born and raised in Birmingham into a musical family, Abi’s first significant break came after writing a song for Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks titled 'Missing You', which was written after being inspired by a lead characters storyline and later submitted, after which the song was used on the show. Following strong response to the song, executives soon moved to further their relationship with Abi with her signing a publishing deal a short time thereafter.

Abi’s musical background reaches back some 8 years into her early teens where she would write and perform in her parent’s band. Since those days her love for music has grown insatiably, and she is the proud owner of a repertoire of original songs than span across various genres including pop, folk and country.

Over the years Abi has performed at some of the UK’s largest venues including T4 on the Beach, Paradise Wildlife Park (John Lewis sponsored), Children in Need (live television performance), RDA Charity Ball, Sound Control in Manchester, Kensington Roof Gardens, Moon Walk in Hyde Park, Release the Peace at the O2 Manchester and Gay Pride.

Having such a passion for music has enabled Abi to bring true meaning to her music, messages of love, heartbreak and hope are ever present throughout each of her musical masterpieces. Her loyal fan base often comment on how her music and sublime vocal tone touches and awakens feelings that haven’t been felt for months prior.

As well as writing and performing, Abi is an avid guitar player, an instrument seen at the majority of her live shows. During 2016 Abi plans to continue writing and performing and in spring will be self-releasing her debut EP which will be met with much anticipation by her fans.
