XERO are a rock band formed in Newcastle, a powerhouse quartet consisting of Steff, Jamie, Jordan & Alex. Their music is fuelled by a mutual love for groove-based alternative rock, a disdain for posing over playing and the intent to combine their myriad of influences to create a gap that hasn't yet been filled.

After over a year of gigging relentlessly in the North, they decided to up sticks and invade the South of England to show them how it's done. 2016 saw them release their first single, Wanna Play? on all major music sites, and earned them 'Track of the Week' on Amazing Radio's Saturday Rock Show.

XERO recently released their first EP, ‘SEQUENCE’ produced by Neil Kennedy (Press To Meco, Milk Teeth), followed by two UK tours and multiple gigs in notable venues across the UK, supporting bands such as SÜMER & The Wholls. Their latest single, Podha, has gained them support from Nick Roberts at BBC Introducing and radio play on various local and national radio stations. XERO are currently recording at Metropolis Studios with Liam Nolan working on their next release, which sees them further develop their distinctive rock sound.

Sick of the constant homogenisation of modern rock music, XERO have stitched a sound, woven from the fabric of their influences, that can't be found elsewhere.
