Wet Spinach first appeared in summer `10 after drummer Tanny Benny and singer Danny Lipstick met and created some new heavyrock-based punk sound at the land side near Linz, Upper-Austria.

After their first self-titled LP from 2014, the band is currently working on a second release for early 2016, as loads of material was collected throughout the past year. New T-shirt designs and stickers were introduced in summer 2015.

In past years Wet Spinach faced some troubles with finding a reliable bass-player, which resulted in playing some concerts just with guitar and drums. Their music made them play a long list of gigs in Austria, Germany, Italy and for example Romania, though they had problems with their third member. In summer 2014, Kefkou joined and rebuilt the trio so now the band is more powerfull than ever and ready to hit the stages all over Europe to gain more live experience and get into new crowds. Bands they shared stage with are, for example Valient Thorr, Truckfighters, Djevara, Wild Eyes or Dirty Fences.
