TV ME is a 3-piece pop project led by Thomas McConnell, based in Liverpool. Prior to TV ME, Thomas released an EP, “Phone” completely recorded on his I phone and toured supporting Mercury-nominee, C Duncan. An intense period of recording followed during which Thomas honed and expanded his futuristic take on psychedelia, electronica and classic song writing. To take it to the stage, he teamed up with Frankie Tibbles and Adam Dixon and TV ME was formed.
TV ME launched in early 2017 with "Magdapio Falls" which gained instant airplay on BBC Radio Merseyside and Amazing Radio. Two singles followed with Deltasonic Records. "Peppercorn Boy" received BBC Radio 6 & Radio X airplay and "Space Geno" featured additional production from ex-Coral guitarist, Bill Ryder Jones. TV ME recently supported Cats Eyes, Flyte, Childhood and more. Their new EP, "A Broadcast from TV ME" is their first self-release and will be out on February 16th. It features 4 tracks that range in style from psych-folk to cinematic instrumentals to dance pop. They are currently embarking on their first UK tour to promote the EP and are working on their debut album which is due out later this year.
