Welcome to Meditations with Nature! In the first guided meditation of this series, you are brought into dawn in the Motlatse Canyon, also known as the Blyde River Canyon in Limpopo Province, South Africa, accompanied by the spectacular orchestra of birdlife as life wakes up. You’ll hear the iconic sound of the Fish Eagle, the Narina Trogon, a troop of baboons and a multitude of other nature sounds. Using tools from mindfulness and other meditation techniques, you are guided through processes, such as using your breath and body scanning, to come into stillness, into presence, deep connection with yourself and nature.
Listen with headphones for the best experience.
