September Update
Hello,
Its been a while since my last blog, I just thought I would keep you up to date with what has been happening. Last Saturday I played at The Cluny supporting Detroit Social Club which was a fantastic night and in many ways a trip down memory lane. It was almost 20 year to the day that I played my first ever gig supporting a band called Working Class Heroes. Their singer that night was David Burn who of course is now the brains behind Detroit Social Club and their drummer was Craig Lavery who also played on Saturday in the band Casino Black and there were many people in the audience who had turned up on that night on the 26th September 1998. So, yeah brilliant night huge thank you to Dave Smith, Ollie Rilland's and of course David Burn for asking me to play.
The album is slowly but surely getting there, we are now 8 songs out of 12 and it will hopefully be worth the wait for anyone out there who kindly pre-ordered it.
Hopefully I will announce another show before the end of the year as well as getting out an about with my acoustic guitar and doing some 'solo' shows.
I would also like to send my love to all that knew Aran Glover who sadly passed away this week. I was lucky enough to play a few shows with Knuckledragger and whilst I can't pretend to have known him well he was always very pleasant and nice to me and his passion for music was evident for all to see. RIP mate.
