**Beat Crate Lease Agreement

Terms & Conditions:

1. Lease Overview:

This agreement grants the lessee non-exclusive rights to use beats from the RICO Records Beat Crate.

The beats may be used for one commercial release, including distribution across digital platforms, radio, or live performances.

1. Usage Restrictions:

The beats cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for third-party projects.

The lessee must credit "RICO Records" as the producer of the beat.

1. Ownership:

RICO Records retains full ownership of all leased beats.

The lease does not transfer copyright or master ownership to the lessee.

1. Payment & Duration:

Leasing fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before beat delivery.

The lease is valid for a term of one year unless renewed.

1. Modifications:

Beats may not be modified beyond basic mixing and mastering without prior written consent from RICO Records.

1. Termination:

Any breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination, with no refund provided.
