Collage presents live music at Karamel with The Rio Trio…

The Rio Trio, featuring the rhythm section from the Mercury Award nominated band SEED, consists of Patrick Boyle on drums (Theon Cross band), Deschanel Gordon on piano (Young Jazz Musician of the year 2020) and is led by Rio Kai on bass (Parliamentary Awards best jazz newcomer of the year 2017). A mainstay of the London jazz scene and beyond, they bring forth a refreshing twist of music rooted in the scope of jazz, both old and new. Their take on these traditions are characterised with blistering grooves and syncopated harmonies, underpinned by thematic structures. A trio not to miss!

Doors open at 7pm, and music starts at 8pm.
