Healees was formed in Paris by American expat Bryan Quinn and Breton transplant Renaud Chaure in 2016. Joined by Hillevi Robertsson on bass and Arthur Chen on drums, the four-nationality 4-piece blend shoegaze, new wave, noise and power pop into a style as mesmerizing as it is catchy. A set of demos in 2020 led to a self-titled maxi-EP on Toulouse’s Hidden Bay Records in 2022, with a full-length LP due out in 2024.

Healees est un quatuor américano-européen de noise-pop/shoegaze basé à Paris. Leur musique mélange un savant dosage de mélodies pop new wave, d’harmonies vocales subtiles et d’accords vaporeux et incisifs. Un recueil de démos, édité sur Bandcamp en 2020, a donné suite à la sortie d’un maxi EP en 2022 sur le label toulousain Hidden Bay Records. Le groupe travaille actuellement sur leur premier album.
