Rib rattling riffs with a Mancunian kiss.
Injecting a rib-rattling spirit into classic Mancunian rock’n’roll, Carnation have been creating a riotous storm in the North, fuelling the underground, grassroots scene with something fresh and unique. Revitalising and re-energising indie rock music, their sound is blinding and will knock you off your feet, their edgy and gritty sound described as ‘summit you’d punch your best mate to.’
Their riffs are punchy and cutting, sharpening their raucous indie sound with a more delicate rock bite.
The band are cementing a reputation for themselves too as thrilling live band, and in 2017 the three-piece played a stellar debut tour across five different cities, gigging at multiple venues/ festivals including the renowned Kazoopa festival, ending off with a sold out gig at Manchester’s Peer Hat.
Debut single ‘Fatal Attraction’ gained instant success and support from press and fans alike. The single went down impeccably well at live shows, as well as doing extraordinarily well in the eyes of critics, so much so that Blog Halfway to Nowhere listed it at number five in their list of ‘Top 40 Unsigned Singles of 2017’
