Slam Dunk Festival was the perfect send off, and now we’d like to introduce Harry, our new vocalist; exclusively via Rock Sound.

Harry:
"I'm more than excited to start my journey with Blood Youth.
I've been a fan since the Closure EP back in 2016 and I was lucky enough to work with them as part of the crew on the Starve tour in 2019.
We gelled immediately and made lasting friendships.
My old band had broken up and I was looking for a new project to sink my teeth into, luckily the guys were also looking for a new frontman.
I had the call and auditioned and was convinced I hadn't made the cut, but one evening close to midnight i realised I had a missed call from Chris, I rang him back and had the best conversation I've ever had.
The boots I have to fill are gargantuan, Kaya is one of the best vocalists the UK has ever produced and I am going to have to work my fingers to the bone to fill the void he leaves but Its a task im prepared to throw everything at.
The new darker, heavier direction the band are going in suits my writing style and I feel together we are going to produce some incredible work.
I cant wait to head out on tour in September and show the UK what I'm made of... see you in the pit."
